A mangueira de alta press\u00e3o geralmente \u00e9 composta de quatro partes: camada externa de borracha, camada de refor\u00e7o de fio de a\u00e7o, camada intermedi\u00e1ria de borracha e camada interna de borracha. A camada interna de borracha est\u00e1 em contato direto com o \u00f3leo hidr\u00e1ulico, geralmente feita de borracha sint\u00e9tica. A capacidade de suporte da mangueira depende da camada de refor\u00e7o; a camada \u00e9 o esqueleto da mangueira, geralmente feita de tran\u00e7a ou enrolamento de fio de a\u00e7o. Se voc\u00ea encontrar uma rachadura na parte externa da mangueira, preste aten\u00e7\u00e3o se a borracha dentro da mangueira est\u00e1 rachada e decida se deve substituir a mangueira imediatamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) Borbulhamento na parte externa da mangueira. O aparecimento de bolhas na mangueira se deve ao fato de a qualidade da mangueira n\u00e3o ser eleg\u00edvel ou ao uso inadequado. Se a bolha aparecer no meio da mangueira, isso se deve principalmente a problemas de qualidade na produ\u00e7\u00e3o da mangueira. Se a mangueira aparecer no conector da mangueira, \u00e9 prov\u00e1vel que seja devido \u00e0 instala\u00e7\u00e3o incorreta do conector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(3) A mangueira n\u00e3o est\u00e1 rompida, mas h\u00e1 muita infiltra\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3leo. Se n\u00e3o houver ruptura da mangueira, mas houver um grande n\u00famero de infiltra\u00e7\u00f5es de \u00f3leo, o motivo \u00e9 que a mangueira, por meio do fluxo de l\u00edquido de alta press\u00e3o, sofreu eros\u00e3o e abras\u00e3o da borracha interna, at\u00e9 que uma grande \u00e1rea de vazamento da camada de fio de a\u00e7o resultou em um grande n\u00famero de infiltra\u00e7\u00f5es de \u00f3leo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(4) A camada externa de borracha da mangueira est\u00e1 seriamente deteriorada e a superf\u00edcie est\u00e1 levemente rachada. Esse \u00e9 o desempenho do envelhecimento natural da mangueira usada por muito tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Falha no tubo interno<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) A camada de borracha dentro da mangueira est\u00e1 dura e rachada. Devido ao plastificante adicionado ao produto de borracha, ele torna a mangueira flex\u00edvel e pl\u00e1stica. A mangueira trabalha sob alta temperatura e alta press\u00e3o, e o superaquecimento da mangueira far\u00e1 com que o plastificante transborde. Al\u00e9m disso, quando o \u00f3leo superaquecido passa pelos cilindros, v\u00e1lvulas ou outros componentes do sistema, se for gerada uma grande queda de press\u00e3o, isso far\u00e1 com que o \u00f3leo se decomponha, resultando em oxida\u00e7\u00e3o e endurecimento da camada de borracha dentro da mangueira. Ao se deparar com essa situa\u00e7\u00e3o, deve-se primeiro verificar se a temperatura de opera\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema hidr\u00e1ulico est\u00e1 normal, se a v\u00e1lvula est\u00e1 estrangulada, se o canal de suc\u00e7\u00e3o da bomba est\u00e1 passando, etc., para descartar todos os poss\u00edveis fatores que podem levar \u00e0 alta temperatura do \u00f3leo e \u00e0 decomposi\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3leo ap\u00f3s a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o da mangueira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) Deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o grave da camada de borracha da mangueira, obviamente inchada. Ferrugem do fio de a\u00e7o tran\u00e7ado pr\u00f3ximo \u00e0 ruptura. Se a mangueira se romper, a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o da camada externa de borracha encontrada perto da ruptura do fio de a\u00e7o tran\u00e7ado e torcido enferruja, o que se deve principalmente ao papel da camada externa de borracha da umidade ou de subst\u00e2ncias corrosivas, \u00e0 explora\u00e7\u00e3o da resist\u00eancia da mangueira, resultando em alta press\u00e3o quando da ruptura. Nesse momento, devemos primeiro verificar e excluir os danos mec\u00e2nicos \u00e0 camada externa, a corros\u00e3o qu\u00edmica, o cozimento em alta temperatura e outros fatores indesej\u00e1veis e, em seguida, substituir a mangueira. Mas h\u00e1 um fen\u00f4meno de arame quebrado irregular: se a mangueira se romper, a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o da camada externa de borracha n\u00e3o encontrou a camada de refor\u00e7o enferrujada, mas o comprimento da camada de refor\u00e7o apresentou um arame quebrado irregular, principalmente porque a mangueira est\u00e1 sujeita a impactos de alta frequ\u00eancia.
