Exploration
During this initial phase, our engineering team collaborates with the client to understand their specific requirements for the hose fittings. We review and analyze the design, material, dimensions, and other specifications provided by the client. Necessary adjustments and improvements are suggested to ensure the highest level of performance and compatibility with the client's systems.
Development
Post the design confirmation, we proceed to create a prototype of the hose fitting. This prototype undergoes rigorous testing under various conditions to ensure it meets the quality, performance, and safety standards. Any issues identified are corrected, and the design is refined until it meets the client's requirements and our quality benchmarks.
Production
Once the prototype is approved, we commence mass production. Throughout this process, we maintain strict quality control measures to ensure each fitting conforms to the approved design and specifications. Post-production, a batch of fittings is randomly selected and tested for quality assurance before they are packaged and shipped to the client.
